Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Twin in Bio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform description

Twin in Bio is an AI-native creator commerce platform that enables creators to build AI Digital Twins trained on their content. These Digital Twins interact with fans, recommend products, and facilitate commerce on behalf of creators.

3. Creator accounts

To use the Platform as a creator, you must join the waitlist and be approved for access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI Digital Twin & data usage

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your content (videos, posts, product opinions, and public information) will be used to train your AI Digital Twin.
• Your AI Digital Twin will interact with fans and make product recommendations based on your content and preferences.
• We use your data to improve our AI models, recommendation algorithms, and overall platform experience.
• We do not use sensitive personal data (health information, financial data, private messages, or personal identifiers beyond what is publicly available) for AI training.
• You retain ownership of your original content. Twin in Bio is granted a license to use this content for the purpose of operating the Digital Twin and improving the Platform.
• You can request deletion of your AI Digital Twin and associated training data at any time through your account settings.

5. Fan interactions

Fans interacting with Digital Twins understand that they are communicating with an AI system, not directly with the creator. All AI responses are generated based on the creator's content and may not perfectly represent the creator's current views.

6. Payments & bookings

Payments for 1:1 consultations are processed through Stripe. Twin in Bio is not responsible for payment disputes between creators and fans. Creators are responsible for fulfilling booked consultations.

7. Affiliate links & FTC compliance

Creators are responsible for disclosing affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC guidelines. The Platform provides tools to enable automatic disclosure, but ultimate compliance is the creator's responsibility.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the Platform to create Digital Twins that impersonate others without consent, spread misinformation, promote harmful products, or violate any applicable laws.

9. Limitation of liability

Twin in Bio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, AI-generated responses, or third-party integrations.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
